Dental practices refer patients to specialists through it: the referral, the documents, the status, and the conversation all stay in one place instead of across fax and phone.

- Sign-in through Azure AD B2C and Microsoft Entra External ID, with JWT session security and role-based access across 5+ roles.
- HIPAA-aligned data handling: encryption in transit and at rest, access control on every patient-data operation, and audit logging.
- The full Azure environment, with CI/CD delivering a ~20-minute commit-to-deploy cycle.

CI-Assistant — Windows Connector & Plugin Platform
A bridge between cloud services and the practice-management software already installed on a clinic's own machines — including systems that expose no public API.

- Connector architecture running plugins against OpenDental, Dentrix, EagleSoft, and WinOMS.
- API and WebSocket traffic secured with JWT, signed URLs, and hash-based payload verification.
- Asynchronous, resumable package delivery through Azure Queue and Blob Storage.
- Sandboxed plugin execution isolating third-party integrations from the host machine, with least-privilege access and fault containment.
Both systems are complete and demonstrable. The client ceased operations before commercial launch, so they run as demos rather than with live users.
